Plain-language draft / 26 Pushups

Your reps.
Your business.

26 Pushups is built around a simple idea: your training habit should not become another social graph, ad profile, or engagement loop.

01 / Default

Private by design

The app is designed without a public feed, follower count, leaderboard, or public rep profile. Your progress is for you first.

Rep counts, streaks, reminders, form progress, and Apple Health choices should stay private by default unless you choose to share them through your device or operating system.

02 / Waitlist

Android waitlist data

If you join the Android waitlist, we collect the email address you submit so we can send the launch notification.

The waitlist form is submitted through ChatWidget. The request may include technical metadata such as user agent, page URL, and referrer so the form can be processed and abuse can be reduced.

The promise on the waitlist is intentionally narrow: one useful email when Android ships, not a drip campaign.

03 / Support

Support requests

If you contact support, we collect the information you choose to send: your message, contact details, screenshots, device details, account context, or anything else needed to solve the issue.

Do not send sensitive health or payment information unless it is required for the request. If we do not need it, we do not want it.

04 / Cookies

Cookies and site preferences

The marketing site may use essential storage for preferences such as cookie consent or theme behavior.

If analytics are enabled later, this policy should be updated before those tools are used in production. The current product promise is no analytics on rep counts beyond the device.

05 / Rights

Access, deletion, and questions

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us through the support page.

Some records may need to be retained where required for security, legal compliance, payment records, or dispute handling.

06 / Changes

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the app, Apple Health support, Android launch, billing, or support systems change.

When the policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with the latest product behavior reflected in plain language.
