The legal owner and data controller for 26 Pushups is W3 Dev ("W3 Dev", "we", or "us"). Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to hello@26pushups.com.

This policy applies to the released iOS app, the website, support communications, and the Android waitlist. It does not apply to services that Apple or another provider operates independently under its own privacy terms.

You can use 26 Pushups without creating an account or logging in. The app may use an anonymous app user identifier generated by Apple or RevenueCat to support subscription status, entitlements, purchase restoration, and app functionality. It is not your name or email address.

The app stores reps, streaks, reminders, progress history, settings, and related workout information on your device. Widget data may also be stored in the app's private shared device storage so widgets can work. We do not use this local data to create a public profile.

Apple App Store and StoreKit handle in-app purchase transactions, subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, and transaction records. Apple decides billing and refund outcomes under Apple's terms.

RevenueCat receives the anonymous app user identifier and subscription information needed to provide subscription status, entitlements, purchase history, restore purchases, and renewal processing on our behalf.

Firebase Analytics receives general app usage, onboarding, subscription, and feature events. Firebase Crashlytics receives crash reports and diagnostic information so we can investigate reliability problems.

The app does not send rep counts, workout duration, target counts, personal-best metrics, session metrics, or HealthKit sync events as Firebase Analytics data. HealthKit data is not advertising data.

If you grant permission, 26 Pushups can write completed workouts to Apple Health and may read body-mass information for app functionality. These permissions are optional; the app continues to work without them.

You control HealthKit permissions in the iOS Settings or Health app. You can change or revoke them at any time. HealthKit data is used for the requested health feature, is not used for advertising, and is not sent to Firebase Analytics as a sync event.

The Android waitlist collects the email address you submit and limited submission metadata such as the page URL, referrer, and user agent. The form is sent to ChatWidget, the provider currently used to process the waitlist. We use it to send a launch message when Android is available, not a newsletter.

Support messages sent to hello@26pushups.com contain the information you choose to provide, such as your message, contact details, screenshots, device model, iOS version, or app version. Please do not send unnecessary health or payment details.

The website uses essential browser storage for preferences such as cookie consent and theme behavior. No website analytics, advertising pixels, embedded chat widget, or third-party marketing tool is currently active. The waitlist's server-to-server ChatWidget submission is a form-processing service, not an analytics or advertising program.

Device-local app data remains on your device until you delete it through the app, clear its storage, or uninstall the app. Apple Health data is controlled separately through Apple Health. Waitlist and support information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Apple transaction records, RevenueCat subscription records, security records, crash records, and other legally required records may need to be retained for the period required by Apple, our providers, or applicable law. Retention periods can vary by record type and legal requirement.

Email hello@26pushups.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we control. Tell us which service you used and provide enough information for us to locate the request; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

Apple controls Apple Account, App Store, StoreKit, and HealthKit records. Requests about those records may need to be made through Apple. We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days unless a longer period is permitted by law, in which case we will explain the delay.

We may update this policy when the app, website, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date, version, and update date at the top of this page identify the current version.
